The Beam in New London, Connecticut is a new 5-story, 203 unit multi-housing development on the Thames River with expansive waterfront views including Shaw’s Cove.

Malloy Interiors developed the color palette and furniture layouts for all common areas. The selection of building finishes and furniture reflected New London’s maritime heritage. All artwork was designed and produced in-house with Live Free Print & Frame.

The team included RJ Development + Advisors, Svigals + Partners, Jefferson Apartment Group, and Callahan Construction.
